"Helpful staff especially Kieran"
I recently stayed here for a few days on business the decor in the hotel is in need of updating, the restaurant menu is very basic but the food on offer is cooked to a good standard, all the staff I met were very friendly and efficient especially Kieran nothing was too much trouble for him when I'm in the area next I will certainly stay in the hotel again

I went with one family member and we were greeted by a joyful worker who gave us our key card after we checked in.We asked for a second one as my dad wanted to leave me in the room while he left for a smoke and she done it quickly and told us to have a nice day.On our way to the elevator the kitchen was hooked up to the bar and had a kind of welcoming restaurant atmosphere.The location was alright and was next to aldi and an M&S gas station. They had reserved parking for hotel residents and car chargers.Our room was pretty nice including a purple light on top the double beds headboard.Also the TV had full connection and internet was easy to hook up to.My bed was comfortable and the main bed was too,they also had another pull out bed under the main bed and they had a clean bathroom, although after a minute of the bathroom light on,the air got loud.The atmosphere of the room was comfortable and had black out curtains. However the food here isnt the best.I would come here again ,but I wouldn't want the food again.I also got a free bag of bebeto jelly hearts which was vegan aproved and after she knew i had no allergies. I do not personally or through a network know any workers or staff here.Also they had some other staff at breakfast and dinner servings who were very kind and joyful, I think this is a wonderful place to stay despite poor quality food and slow working toasters.

"Comfortable room and excellent service from staff"
Premier Inn, Honiton. We found the room comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast but what made our stay extra-special was that the staff were welcoming, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Thank you ,Premier Inn, Honiton.

Great location close to work. Staff are great. Jane the chef is amazing. Top quality food and willing to go the extra mile. Staff wise front of house big shout out to Paul who is coming on great. Service with a smile. Kieran and Karen are a great team. Willing to have a laugh and make you feel at home when you’re working away.
