"No restaurant open and very run down appearance."
This hotel looked very run down from the outside, litter and takeaway boxes were strewn all around the exterior of the hotel. After checking in we were very disappointed to hear that the on site bar/restaurant IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!! We were not told this before our arrival so had to take the kids out for takeaway last-minute. (This probably explains all the takeaway litter lying around outside the hotel!?) There's no other pubs or restaurants nearby, so unless your happy with domino's, I would research very carefully before going to this hotel.
Overall very disappointed compared to previous Premier Inn experiences.

"Another failing Premier Inn."
No food option locally now as the restaurant has closed down.
Another tired premier inn. Water issues in our room, temperature fluctuated and at times water flow cut off completely.
Lots of out of hours noise as well n

"The cheek to expect you to pay for parking..."
Fairly standard Premier Inn experience, clean room, decent breakfast. I did, however, have a sour taste left in my mouth at having to pay £9.50 per-night parking, when we'd already spent hundreds to stay here in the first place ahead of a wedding. It's not even as though this is a city-centre location which could be exploited for free parking, it just feels like a shameless attempt at money-grabbing on Premier Inn's part. No, it's not mega bucks, but the principle does put me off returning.

"Not what you expect from Premier Inn"
Location was great, overall decent. Disappointed with cleanliness, the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly prior to check-in, there were remnants of previous guests under the beds and traces of nail clippings around the room. Also, the only two options for refreshments were two out of order vending machines.
I also find parking charges unfair, but to be charged with no EV Charging facilities is really poor. I know this is a private company, but it’s all part of the experience, which reflects on Premier Inn.
