"Avoid restaurant"
Restaurant should not have been open during change over. Half of food not available. Food badly cooked.people walking out. Felt sorry for staffđ©

Location worked for me , is fair way from city centre. Atmosphere is premier inn .
Expensive at ÂŁ315 for 2 nights , room only. 1st room smelt of vomit and had public hair stuck to sheet , staff were great and they gave me an alternative. While I was waiting another couple came into reception and stated their room had a strong smell of urine. At the prices charged its not good enough.

Unfortunately, this was a very poor overall experience. The only real positive was that the bed was comfortable.
The room had a noticeable funny smell, and the mugs provided were dirty and stained. The bathmat was also dirty when we arrived, which was particularly disappointing and made us question the overall standard of cleanliness.
Breakfast was another let-down, with dead flies visible in the buffet. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at around 3:30am, and there was no explanation or communication afterwards, which was very unsettling and made it difficult to get back to sleep.
While I appreciate that things can occasionally go wrong, there were simply too many issues during this stay. From the cleanliness of the room and breakfast area to the lack of communication following the fire alarm, the overall experience fell well below what I would expect from a hotel.
Sadly, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

"Not Good Enough"
Good location. Comfortable bed. Helpful girl on reception. Hotel very tired looking on both outside and inside. Carpets look grubby. Room bland. Just two teabags and one sachet of coffee. Parking not included so expect to pay ÂŁ8.50 for 24 hours. Over bath show not good for mobility issues.

"Great location and value."
Good location for M5 access and getting into Exeter.
Parking was plentiful with security cameras for entry and exit (it seemed pretty secure and safe to me).
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, also worth the extra cost for a Premier Plus room (imo) to include extra facilities and size of room and location of room.
