"Would be happy to stay here again"
The room was immaculately clean, everything worked, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stare here again. Only very minor complaints: the parking was overpriced at £8/night, and breakfast isn't served until 7am, which was too late for me, but I know I'm unusual in that.
"Fully satisfied:)"
Premier Inn, Exeter – One-night work stay I stayed here for one night while on a work trip and had a lovely experience. I was greeted by a young lady with stunning emerald green hair—sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was so polite and helpful. Thanks to her, my stay started off on a really positive note. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent climate control that kept things perfectly warm and cool. Breakfast was delicious, and at just £10, it was great value. Thank you!
"Great. Literally nothing negative to say."
Spotlessly clean, great shower, friendly and helpful staff (didn't get her name but thanks for the help with the WiFi & parking machine!), very quiet and easy to find. A great example of how a Premier Inn should be.
"Clean comfortable stay"
Great location, comfortable bed, air conditioning fantastic as it was a heatwave outside. Plenty of clean towels. Meal deal good value for evening meal and breakfast, great selection including fresh fruit for breakfast but fried eggs were hard
"Not worthy of 1*"
Avoid at all cost! The rooms were damp, fusty & mouldy. The bathroom drains were clearly blocked also as the smell was pungent from there. No windows opened so we had to sleep with a chair to prop the door open to try and get some air into the room. Being asthmatic the damp, fusty, mouldy smell excarbated my asthma and caused a terrible chesty cough all night. We couldn't wait for morning to come to get out the room. When we complained to the Manager we were told there was nothing she could do onsite other than report it to maintenance but we had to phone a centralised Guest services number if we wished to complain. What a joke! We paid £110 for a night & I very nearly packed up & went to sleep in the car for the night instead. Since staying here and reading other reviews it seems we aren't the only ones to have experienced these same issues.
