Not a good experience with bathroom flooding whe Shower used and breakfast experience not so good cooked breakfast food not that warm.

"Dirty laundry left"

All dirty linen & towels left on floor in room and no clean towels provided. This was quickly remideed by reception when I reported. 1 bedside cabinet was left on other side of the room. AC was noisy and when I turned it off there was a constant dripping/tapping sound that was more annoying than the AC.

"Little half term trip as a family."

This hotel is acceptable for one or two nights which is fine. The buffet breakfast was ok. The fresh fruit was lacking but there was lots of cooked items so great if you enjoy a real fatty breakfast, but if you are watching your calorie and cholesterol intake then your choice is limited. There were no berries and the yoghurt had separated in the bowl and only one very damaged banana and a very bruised orange which was upsetting! My kids loved the croissants and sausages though so we were happy! The bed was comfy as usual, never have an issue with sleeping at a premier inn, always stay at them for work. Kids were not happy with their beds but they are spoiled brats at home and have a lot of luxury with large bedrooms and king size beds so the camping bed and the sofa were big downgrades for them. We had a great time though and stayed 2 nights including breakfast for only 189 it was a bargain especially in Easter half term! All staff we met were amazing so would recommend for a short stay.

"The room smelt of cigarette smoke."

When we arrived at the hotel the cleaner was cleaning our room. She did a good job. However, the whole room smelt of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. When we complained at the desk...there were no other rooms to change. So we had to deal with the smell for whole stay. The cleaner did try her best to make it smell better unfortunately this didnt help.

"Good comfortable stay"

I stayed here to attend a funeral. In my grief I had booked the wrong hotel. Premier Inn Customer Relations sorted this out for me and I was able to stay in the right one. Janet on reception was as helpful as possible and kind. This made the visit fir the funeral easier
