"Crooks who charged for Breakfast when it is included in the booking"
Overcharged for 2 x breakfasts when it was already included in the booking! I provided proof of the bookings showing breakfast is included and also my bank statement showing the deduction of 2 breakfasts and they have REFUSED to refund me despite sending them evidence of payment!

Great location super clean and the staff were friendly welcoming and helpful
We asked for a different room with an opening window . This was soon sorted without any problem and without making us feel we were putting anyone out

Wrong room our room was still occupied by someone had chosen to extend their stay, asked what compensation only no charge for parking and ultimate WiFi

Overall a great stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Premises were clean and tidy.
WiFi was hit and miss.
Some of the food was a tad bland.
The bed felt worn but the worst part was all the flooring creaked as you walked on it. Very annoying especially during the night.
I would stay here again though.
