Ripley hotel

We stayed over a week in 3 different rooms as we were unsure ow long we would be there due to visiting a dying relative. Each check in was easy and Pedro, the night manager went over and above to help us. At 5am, after being at the hospital all night, there was a problem with the key due to us not checking in the day before (we didn't think to call, just left bags in the room). Pedro spent quite a long time to sort it out. We returned 3 nights later at midnight after our relative had passed and asked for a quite room as we were exhausted. He put us on the top floor, at the end of the building and it was perfect. We then woke up to a sympathy card under the door. He also sorted the car parking as my husband had input the wrong reg (1 digit off) in the machine and had automatically chose that reg each night. We would like to thank him. The next night we decided to stay again as we had had a long day sorting our relatives flat. The ladies on reception took our wishes into consideration and put us in a room with no one above us to ensure a good night sleep. All of the stsff we encountered were professional but kind.

This is a budget Premier Inn, clean and tidy but in need of refresh. Disappointed there were no Plus rooms to book. Staff helpful, and food at the restaurant good value if you take the Meal Deal.

Great stay as always. Receptionist lovely and helpful! Housekeeping great.

Overcharged for 2 x breakfasts when it was already included in the booking! I provided proof of the bookings showing breakfast is included and also my bank statement showing the deduction of 2 breakfasts and they have REFUSED to refund me despite sending them evidence of payment!
