"Excellent reception staff"
Was greeted by Owen and Julie. Despite a busy day they had a smile on their face and were both highly accommodating.
Nice and peaceful location, with shops and places to eat dotted around.
The room its self was very clean, with nothing to fault. Bed was really comfy!!
We loved our stay and will be coming back.

"Good service but poor room facilities"
Chosen as a convenient location between two different venues that we were visiting as part of a family wedding. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our double room was a disabled one, which we did not specifically require. This meant that clothes hanging rail was lower than usual and so we couldn't hang my wife's long dress. In addition, no power sockets on either side of the bed. I use a CPAP machine at night to prevent sleep apnea but could not use it as a result. While we might have asked for a different room, we'd already unpacked, so we decided to just live with it for a couple of nights.

"Teresa and all staff were amazing"
I booked about 5-6 rooms (some interconnecting) for our wedding the following day. Teresa was amazing, ensuring all our guests had everything and much more for our overnight stay. At one point they helped us get the lock off our case, rang ahead to ensure we had a meal at the restaurant (fitting all 10 of us in). The rooms were so lovely and clean. Teresa and all the staff are such a credit to the company. Professional but also having that personal touch, amazing with all my children. I can’t thank Teresa and all the staff for going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The food was amazing too. Excellent customer service throughout the hotel. Highly recommend!!

"The inside need a bit care"
From the outside very much a typical new style Premier Inn unfortunately one which could do with some love on the inside. Our first issue was that the lift wasn't working properly and a member of staff had go and find it after it didn't respond to the call button on the ground floor. The standard of cleanliness in the room was quite low compared to many other hotels. In the 21st century why is full wifi an extra add on cost, come on get with the times. I also dislike having to pay an addition fee just to leave my car overnight when I'm already paying to stay in the hotel, do they expect you to walk to the hotel?
Rating stars have been lost due to fee for full Wifi and car parking
