"Excellent customer service and spotless rooms"
Absolutely brilliant staff..Rooms are clean and bright and got a bus stop just outside hotel that takes where you need to go to.. Russel was amazing in the restaurant very friendly and helpful. On Monday night we had a problem with the shower and Callum fixed it straight away.
We will definitely be returning.. Keep up the good work đ

As we live locally we often pop in for breakfast. The staff greet you and Dawn is extremely friendly and works hard to make everyone feel at home. The food is hot and plentiful but some of the busier time you may have a slight wait. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Keep up the good work guy!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay Bank Holiday weekend with parents for their special wedding anniversary. From the minute we arrived to leaving we were made very welcome by Callum, who was a star! Helped us check in, early too, upon checking out he secured our bags until the evening to collect!
Nothing was too much trouble especially we could see how busy he was! Even sent my parents an anniversary treat to their room, how lovely!
Restaurant staff very friendly & welcoming, cannot fault the breakfast at all, caters to everyoneâs needs, huge choice both hot & cold food/drinks, no rush to eat or leave your table.
Room very clean, just one issue the air con didnât work too great in the room overnight, but found out the next morning the AC unit had gone down & they were awaiting an engineer, not the hotels fault just one of those things.
Stayed in a family room & all beds comfy, the big beds are just the comfiest!!!!!! (Wish i had one!)
Location: perfect, trains/buses all close by, shops not too far, Matlock Bath close by too, loads of places to see with no trouble getting there.
Weâve stayed in many Premier Inns in UK, but this one has been the best experience!!!!!!
Overall, EXCELLENT stay & fully recommended!!!!

On the edge of town and less than a mile from the train station, Premier Inn Matlock is only a couple of miles from the Victorian spa resort of Matlock Bath.
