"Good experience at Premier Inn, Matlock"
The hotel was adequately located, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and able to address our particular needs. Food was good, ample and varied. Room was sufficient and catered well for our needs.

Nice clean Hotel , well maintained , however the downside is that to check in you have to communicate with a self service machine so there is no welcoming face just an LCD screen when you arrive. The big downside is the heating / air con this is controlled somewhere within the bowels of the Hotel , there is little access to control it yourself which times it self out after an hour in any case , the room was so hot with no opening windows and no working air con [probably the LCD screen machine runs the entire operation] , no where near the quality of the best Premier inn that we ever found at Worksop !

We had a lovely stay here for a 70th birthday celebration. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here đ„°

On the edge of town and less than a mile from the train station, Premier Inn Matlock is only a couple of miles from the Victorian spa resort of Matlock Bath. Today, the Peak District Mining Museum and Heights of Abraham country park bring visitors to the area.
