      "Excellent hotel"
      Return visit, excellent hotel, professional friendly staff and clean rooms with good car parking and links to the M1. Room itself was quiet and supplied with a fan as no air conditioned in the hotel which is the only downside in hot summer weather.

      Stayed a few times this year as its just off the motorway and convenient while driving to Newcastle with 2 babies. Lovely stay this time, made less stressful thanks to Mandy who amended our room to a family room the night before and had the travel cot made up upon arrival, very helpful thank you Mandy! 😊 The room was very warm but there was a fan provided. We ate breakfast in the restaurant.. I had a cooked breakfast and my husband had a continental when we sat down my husband went up to get me more bacon and the lady that sat us, come around to ask if we wanted our receipt after we had been sat down for 20minutes. My guess is that she was checking that my husband wasn't eating the cooked breakfast he hadn't payed for. Will be staying again on our future trips to Newcastle 😊
      "Premier Inn - Mansfield"
      Had a great stay. Warm, friendly welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless - we was both very impressed. The bed was amazing - huge, very comfortable and we both slept great. Building was very quiet, despite the busy location. Food from Brewers Fayre was good, and there was plenty to choose from. Service was quick and friendly. We had a great visit and would come back. Only downsides - rooms need air conditioning, our room was very warm (there was a fan provided though) and some thicker, firmer pillows would be nice.
      "Wedding disappointed"
      Stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding. Had been in to see the reception to speak to them prior to the stay and lots of notes were made on the booking ie making sure the spare bed made up night before, room cleaned and fresh towels for our wedding night. Unfortunately none of these were adhered to. Had to ask for bed to be made up on arrival and informed reception that there were notes on booking which they said they hadn't read and arrived on our wedding night to the room not turned over. Very disappointed.

      10/10 services 😊👌 Mandy at reception was so helpful made the stay even better! Great location .. bar was excellent! Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area !! Rooms are well kept clean and tidy and again great service throughout the whole team
