"What a night!"
The receptionist was very helpful pleasant and polite on arrival, explained everything and helped with the car registering. Provided a contact number for reception and made us comfortable. This helped as it was my octogenarian mother staying there as I live nearby and she was over for the Easter weekend. She was very comfortable and slept 9 hours straight, first time for decades!! She loved the bed

Amazing service from the front of house today. Really kind and welcoming after a long journey. Lilly was helpful and made checking in straightforward and easy. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. First time staying here but based on my experience, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. A1.

Another excellent stay at the Premier Inn Mansfield!
As always accomodation was very good along with the breakfast. Restaurant staff were also excellent. I must give particular praise to Lilly who was working the evening/night shift and checked me in. Lilly was outstanding, incredibly helpful and a real credit to her organisation!

The castle wood South Normanton, following employees.

The afore mentioned employees, have gone above and beyond, there employment requisites to ensure a more than favourable and pleasant stay.
The professionalism, well educated and above all friendly enchanting, manner, is a an absolute joy to behold. Some may say, that employees are purely doing there job.
I wholeheartedly beg to differ, as a seasoned professional I have unfortunately encountered, poor customer services in numerous occasions. And as a gentleman, I would never complain. However, I feel it imperative to commend employees when there is merited cause to do so.
Jesica, Kevin, and all staff at the Castlewood and Premier inn. Are an absolute credit to your organisation, and should be commended as such.
A business is built on the roots of its employees.
I trust and hope you will commend the aforementioned mentioned ladies and gentleman accordingly.
