"Another perfect stay"
Another perfect stay at Derby West. The team at Derby West are brilliant nothing is too much trouble. Very welcoming hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, really hot & freshly cooked. The evening menu is really good totally recommend the steak.
I will definitely be back.

"Dingy and Tired"
West Derby, Bathroom had mould on the tiles, the shower curtain was dirty also had mould, the mirror was flaking had mould on it and was dirty. The carpet in the main bedroom was thread bare in places and the whole room smelt unclean, all in all very dirty and tired

Roooms are clean and tidy, prices as competitive as can be but the big difference is the service. Catherine in particular could not have been more helpful l. Helped with rooms l, beds, early check in, nothing was too much trouble. It was such a nice gesture

This entire hotel is dirty!!!! Besides being very run down, everywhere I looked was grubby:( the reception area was dirty, stains all over the very dated tiles on the floor, the chairs and carpet were filthy. The carpets, walls, doors and door handles are dirty in the hallways. The room was given a very quick once over with dirt in the corners and hairs in the basin and bath. The room stank of smoke. The aircon didn’t work (or had been switched off) with a very weak fan placed in the room, in this heat 😡
Was too scared to try the food. Went to McDonald’s next door.
Very disappointed.

"Hot room - stuffy!"
Premier.Inn, as usual was fine. On this visit the room was hot abd stuffy, window only opened a little and tge fan provided was extremely ineffective.
