"Download stay for weekend"
Room was spotless had everything we needed in it rooms were all kept close to each other so we knew family was close by. Sean one of the members of staff went above and beyond to help us and was the same through the weekend nothing was too much trouble he was an absolute gem. On our last day we had breakfast and was helped and made welcome by Martina who was so friendly and helped us through breakfast time and made us feel welcome and got us everytjjv we needed the food was delicious and plenty to choose from staff were amazing.

Close to city centre, cleanliness needs addressed. Blood spatters on wall in bedroom, shower curtain smelled of damp but overall ok.

The best stay we have had at any hotel of the past 8 hotel bookings, great room,comfortable bed,clean and fresh . Most of all the out standing service level on several occasions with requests and advice from Kath at reception đ, 5***** to her, and the rest of the team at reception đ. We will be back! In fact we fly to Las Vegas for a holiday and then to LA to join a cruise ship after, and we will fly from Heathrow, as a result of our stay at Derby west, we have changed our hotel stay at Heathrow to Premier Inn T3 Bath Rd, for October pre flight âď¸ stay. We appreciate the service level, as retired seceret passengers, doing reviews and service standards audits for USA cruise ships đ˘. So we'll done 5* to Katherine and team . "Comfortable Stay During the Heatwave"
Excellent stay in Room 142, which was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The room was exactly what I have come to expect from this hotel.
A special mention for the fan provided in the room, which was greatly appreciated as the UK was experiencing a heatwave during my stay. It made a real difference and helped ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and a great overall experience. I would happily stay here again.
