"Neronika very polite and helpful"
Neronika the lady on reception was very professional polite and helpfull. I have stayed at the hotel in a few occasions and always found the room to ge clean and the staff polite.

Internet dropped in and out which caused issues with work video calls/access
Older style rooms, need a refurb of features. Tired. Charging is sooo slow for phones and no USB ports
Oast House next door has lovely staff but needs a refurb too - tired
Little option to walk to find better food options nearby

excellent and entertaining to say the least. took far too long to find the hotel. but on arrival was nice to see a smily face checking me and a fellow associate in. room clean and no gripes from me. didnt eat at the estbalishment next door. becomes tiresome when on the road seeing the same monotonous menu. overall good stay
