Derby East hotel

I stayed here for 2 nights as I was visiting family and friends. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly guy who booked me in very quickly. My room was clean and in good condition. One slight negative is that bath mats should be provided as standard as the bath is slippery. Yes you can request one but once you’re in the shower it’s a bit late! The new fans in the rooms were amazing and were really welcomed in this heatwave. The staff at breakfast and dinner were excellent - they couldn’t do enough to help you. The food itself was a good standard considering it’s a budget hotel. I like the fact you could help yourself to more coffee and tea in the reception area without having to ask. This is a great thing to do. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now and would always be happy to return.

The staff at this premier inn are some of the most friendly , accommodating and wonderful workers we have ever had at a premier inn. We come here four times a year and each time the staff have been marvelous, especially Darren , Laura and the friendly male staff member who does every breakfast shift (sorry it's been a bit warm this weekend so names are not my strong point). The addition of the new fans have been an utter game changer , especially this weekend which has been soooooo hot! Great breakfast , great sleep and all in all wonderful team of people! Wouldn't go anywhere else when staying in this area.
