"Fantastic breakfast"
Really nice overnight stay. Super clean room with very modern, powerful fan so nice an cool.
The breakfast was the best I've eaten in a long while, cooked perfectly.
Lovely staff, shout out to Simon the chef, Darren and Louise.

"Very Average with Limited Facilities"
Limited parking i.e. one lorry took up 5no. spaces. Why the staff could not have educated him / her on the selfishness is well. I leave it to you to decide. Reception guide me to a late night garage for water when there was a big jug of it behind me that I did not notice until I arrived back.

We had a fantastic experience at Derby East Premier Inn. We are a large family with children and have had a lovely breakfast this morning. The food was delicious and there was a great selection. Staff were friendly and attentive, they kept everything stocked up and were happy to help whenever we asked them anything. The manager Darren was especially helpful, there is a lovely family vibe to this hotel. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Derby.

"Not upto usual standard"
I’ve stayed here before and really rated the hotel. However this time there were lots of dead flies on the window sill and in the bath. The last times I’ve stayed it’s been spotless.
I have to say it was exceptionally hot in the room. It doesn’t have air con apart from in reception and the restaurant. It said 32 degrees on the room stat. It was around 26 outside. The windows, understandably have restrictions on. They did provide a decent fan and there is clearly nothing they can do about the extreme temperatures. Just be aware if booking in the summer months.

"29.5 degrees inside, 20 degrees outside"
Everything is just a normal premier inn. However, it’s 29.5 degrees in the room and 20 degrees outside. No air flow and no way of reducing the heat (I did ask staff).
They don’t have A/C ok, but this is not great. They give you fans but it just blows hot air.
Stayed here many times and I will again, just never when it’s been slightly warm outside.
Everything else is as you’d expect.
