      "Worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed at"
      This hotel by far is the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. We had to move room three times, each room was filthy, paint flaking off the walls. On one room there were filthy hand prints on the walls, even a shoe print on the ceiling. I could go on and on about the state of this hotel, suffice to say it made Faulty Towers look good. The breakfast was a joke as you can see from the photos. I’ve stayed at other Premier Inns which have a much higher footfall and they have been immaculate. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel at all costs. They obviously get a lot of business from nearby factories and it just looks like a workers cheap hotel which has been used and abused. Avoid.
      "Still great"
      Staff still continue to look after me at this hotel. Hotel is warm, but staff will provide a sheet and plenty of glasses of ice if needed. No air con, but team do try really hard. Food is good and continues to improve. Car parking is now chargeable, but doesn’t ruin your stay.
      "Great gluten free options at breakfast!"
      We visited here for a quick over night stay with breakfast. What stood out to us the most was how vigilant the staff were at breakfast concerning my daughter who has celiac. They had a great variety of gluten free options - including bread and muesli - and her meal was cooked separately in the kitchen. The staff member Simon in particular was very friendly and checked in with my daughter regularly, making her feel very at ease. Thank you!
      "Premier Inn Derby East, best place to stay"
      Had a fantastic stay, slept well and made all the more special by the amazing breakfast cooked by Louse, the outstanding service throughout by all the staff especially Louise and Simon at breakfast, the lovely clean room with perfect sleep and the 5 star service at check-in and throughout by Manager Darren. Can’t wait to be back in August.

      Amazing, staff and food. I come 4 times a year and the staff recognise me. The food is good and a great value. I will all ways use here every time I am this way. I would fully recommend to all my friends and family. Loads of love to the staff who make it great see you in August
