A fantastic last-minute one-night stay with my children! We used this as a stopover to break up our journey during the school holidays, and we were thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out.
Check-in was effortless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to engage with my kids—who were thrilled by the surprise complimentary sweets in our room! The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with fans to keep us comfortable.
We also had a lovely evening meal where the team once again went above and beyond with their helpful service. A huge thank you to Darren and his team—their hard work, dedication, and 100% effort truly made our stay special. I would definitely stay at this Premier Inn again and highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay and the welcome i received from Darren & his team clean room with the new fans turned on also with there service when we had food about 13 of us sat down and are food was really nice and hot. Been coming now for over 4yrs and will be staying again next year.

Good easy to find out of town with lots of parking.
With friendly welcoming staff on hand at arrival. Staff members Darren & Simon were exceptional, going out of their way to make the stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. They're welcoming, friendly, approachable, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was a smooth operation for us even though we hadn't pre-booked. A small unforeseen problem we encountered during our stay was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Darren. The accommodation was spotless with refreshments readily available & no disturbances at all during our 4 night stay.
We would definitely stay here again & recommend it.

We stayed again at Derby East. Darren and his team, as always made us feel special and welcomed.
The service, from checking in, to serving the food, was delivered with a smile and nothing was too much.
We have been staying at this hotel for a good number of years now, the rooms are clean, comfortable and provide just enough home comforts, at an affordable price.
Well done team Derby East and thank you. We will be back.
