      "This hotel was ok , have been to better."
      Very clean hotel, staff were lovely , breakfast was nice, limited choices on menu for evening meal, lift was playing up , which not good on top floor, no air conditioning, very hot weekend was left a fan but the room never cooled down. Bed was as comfortable as past premier inns I have been in .

      Stayed for long weekend to visit family, found the rooms nice and clean and comfy, all the staff were very helpful all in all had a great stay and will definitely be returning
      "Overwhelming drug smell in room 111"
      We were originally booked in room 111. Room smelled very strongly of drugs, left fan on (windows don’t open) and went out for a while, when we came back the smell was worse, spoke to staff and we were moved to 134, not really what you would expect from a premier inn.

      After the business booking team mixed up our booking, the staff at reception went above and beyond to accommodate us and reinstate the booking. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The food was nice and the wait was relatively quick considering there was a lot of tables seated at the same time. All in all a very pleasant stay
      "Unsafe Premier"
      Get what you pay for at this premier. It was nice and clean. However incredibly unsafe with no security checks upon check in and no locks on the doors at entrance or throughout the building. This means any member of the public can access the corridor where the bedrooms are. There was a door with a key card lock, but didn’t seem to be working. Not secure at all.
