    "Worst experience ever!!"
    We turned up & our room had no air con it was 29 degrees outside I had my 3 children with me youngest being 7 & we went down to reception numerous times & was told “there’s nothing we can do” baring in mind no windows open either so we was baking in the room! I phoned & explained my daughter is prone to breaking out in rashes & requires care if she gets too hot & begged to move rooms but again was told “there’s nothing we can do” it’s actually inhumane to expect people to sleep like that especially young children! We paid £99.99 to have the worst sleep ever! Infact 2 of my children didn’t sleep all night! The staff didn’t care..We was given 2 fans & the male colleague said “don’t know what good they’ll do but you can try” shouldn’t they make sure the air con works during a heat wave before people book rooms? Absolutely awful!!
    "Great staff"
    We always stay at this premier inn on our way to & from Newcastle. It’s consistently good, & staff are always friendly. On our last visit on 31/7/25 they had had a flood. The staff had worked tirelessly to clean up and it therefore didn’t affect our stay at all. I’m sure it had been a very difficult & stressful time for all staff but everyone was still smiling. Well done to you all and We will be back in October.

    An excellent hotel in centre. Nearby parking was easy. Superb staff. Amazing mattress. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend as value for money.
    "Central location and wonderful staff"
    I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and would heartily recommend it for a good value stay for anyone visiting Chesterfield for business or leisure. It is well located in the heart of the town centre and close to the rail station. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are the real strength of this hotel. They are friendly and attentive. I always enjoy my stays at this hotel on my frequent visits to my hometown.

    We had a two day break here and we're very, very pleased we had chosen this hotel. The rooms/ beds/food/staff/convenience and overall value for money was excellent at this town centre Premier Inn.
