      "A room improved rather than room for improvement"
      We wanted to thank the lovely lady who was on reception when we arrived on the early evening of 29th June. Because of a mix-up we were initially given double rooms although we required twin rooms. As the hotel was busy, 2 rooms had to be freshly prepared for us, which was done personally and immediately by the charming and efficient lady in question. We were very impressed.

      Quiet and clean. Good night sleep. Breakfast to go a bit disappointing, had I know about the tesco express and cafe opposite in advance i'd probably have gone to one of them.

      A great hotel perfectly situated in the town centre, great rooms and very good staff. Please use the multistorey car park if driving as it is so much cheaper and more convenient.

      Excellent hotel, couldn’t wish for a better location to the town centre, easy to find, I found all staff very pleasant and accommodating , the room was spotless and the bed very comfy , overall a great experience 5 star !! Will 100 percent use this hotel again !

      Very clean hotel, staff were lovely , breakfast was nice, limited choices on menu for evening meal, lift was playing up , which not good on top floor, no air conditioning, very hot weekend was left a fan but the room never cooled down. Bed was as comfortable as past premier inns I have been in .
