    "Unfair room pricing and IT issues"
    Online price £66, tried to book, but online problems. Called national booking line they said they could only do £77. Went to hotel reception and showed the online issue. They said they can't do anything (computer says no). Told me to try again online using their wifi. Wifi did not work. Went back and they said sorry and now the price is £85. From £66 to £85 in 45 mins. I left found wifi and then booked for £77. Took me an hour to book the room. The irony is I stayed in the same room 2 weeks earlier for £56. They need to empower their staff and use common sense around online / inhouse prices. Good value at £56, rip off at £85.

    A great hotel not ruined by the contractor set. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Hotel ideally situated close to the town centre with good access to the M1 and A1.

    10/10 all the stuff & housekeeper are friendly& helpful, cheerful & much more Day team is amazing & night team We had Matt, Klaudia, Josh for the major of our stay in the evening. Food is 10/10 morning & night so many different choice and kids eat free Prices are perfect As a family we where so relax and chill aswell as happy even staff took time out of there shift to speak to my partner little boy too. Cleaning was 10/10 to Definitely cant wait for our next stay which be October time 💯 recommended this premier inn Much love from Rachel & Ashley & Oliver

    Brilliant stay, fantastic service. Everything was superb. Special shout out to Matt who went above and beyond for us and we appreciate everything Matt and the team have done this weekend. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to stay in chesterfield.
