    "Like sleeping in a furnace"
    Like staying in a sauna the hottest hotel room i have ever stayed in . As near train track the noise with the window open was terrible and the trains ran all night . Brewers Fayre food was very nice but you dont have enough staff 😒
    "Rubbish service and staff need more training"
    First and last time at this so called hotel, we paid extra for 2 rooms early check in 11am and we got in our rooms at 11.45, we had to be changed and at a wedding by 1pm 3 miles away, when checking in we were asked for the room payment again when we had already paid on booking so that slowed us up more and we had paid for breakfast the next morning so we went to the restaurant only to find we had no table booked. Trying to complain is a farce with their system, so thinking of stopping here don’t, there’s a far better hotel over the road, lesson learned.

    Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. However the trains line is next by so window open isn’t good, the room was approx 28°c at its worst. There was a fan supplied but still was warm.

    Friendly welcome by Hannah , quick and efficient check in and great local knowledge of places to go and how to get there , great choice for breakfast next door , recommended!!

    Our stay was amazing. The room was spotlessly cleaned by Lauren. The staff were amazing in providing free bottled cold water due to the heat. We have stayed here twice now and each time, it had been an excellent experience.
