Very clean great hotel kind staff particularly receptionists Barbara and Michelle. Nothing is to much for them. Great value you wont be disappointed.

Warm welcome, clean room, nice and warm as it was a cold day. Restaurant attached very good food, friendly staff, we had both evening meal and breakfast.

All staff within the hotel helpful and polite. Clean rooms with good facilities (no USB charging points though) Plenty of parking spaces available on site. However the external approach to reception was awful - very tatty, unkempt and uncared for - not an inviting entrance at all, and quite off-putting. Once inside it was of a standard expected of Premier Inn - very comfortable stay. The Brewer's Fayre next door was the best I have come across, with very attentive, helpful staff and excellent food. Both breakfast and dinner were superb, nothing to fault. We wanted an inexpensive weekend away and found it here. Thanks to all staff, particularly the chefs

Good price and centrally positioned with ample car parking. Good size room too. Didn't eat here, but close enough to town for that not to be a problem. Bit complicated getting to it from the main road, could do with slightly better signage.

We always choose to stay in a Premier Inn when we have some family time. You know what to expect, clean hotels, comfy beds, great showers.
And most of all you expect great service. Well what can we say this hotel definitely did not disappoint. Although upon arrival the building looks a little tired and needs a paint job. Car parking was ample.when we arrived in the reception we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and had good interactive conversation she even spoke to the kids. When we entered our room it smelt fresh and clean. My pet hate is the kettles can be grubby, but this was so clean you could see your face in it. We had the most comfortable cozy sleep. Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre was plentiful and kids eat free so good value for money.
We will come again if we are visiting the area again.
