      "Best Receptionist, already booked to stay again."
      Third stay at Chesterfield North but first time meeting the lovely Michelle on reception, she went above and beyond to make me and my autistic children feel welcome and at ease, Michelle was very helpful with numerous requests, she was very approachable and also knowledgeable about the area, having stayed at a lot of Premier Inns around the country, Michelle is by far the best receptionist we have had and we are due to stay again very soon so hopefully we will meet her again, it takes a lot for my children to talk to others and to feel comfortable and Michelle was a win with them too. Thank you.

      we were in room 4 the receptionist michell was excellent really friendly and made us feel at home she was very knowledgeable about the area too it made our stay thankyou
      "Overall a good stay"
      The bed was very comfortable and a choice of pillows is a great help. However the bathroom was very tired and old fashioned having to climb into a bath with a curtain is not ideal. The woodwork was all pealing and stained. There was plenty of hot water and towels

      Check in was brilliant very efficient I can’t remember the name of lady who checked us in but her customer service was second to none, the room was very clean and had all we needed for our over night stay the bed was super comfy and the pillows was bouncy all in all it was a wonderful experience and we will return when visiting friends again

      The bed was awful so hard and not a good night's sleep. Tried to report a lost necklace but was rudely dismissed by a member of staff, it seemed that she was so busy we were not important. They need to respect paying customers if they want them coming back
