Buxton hotel

We had a great stay. Staff were lovely, room spotlessly clean. Effective air con. Great breakfast. Certainly no complaints.

Great hotel We have stayed at scores of Premier Inns in the past and this is one ofthe best.Rooms spotless……location close to town. Breakast beautiful good with good ingredients and the front of house staff…Dan and his lady boss were so efficient and the best we have ever experienced.

We stayed overnight at Premier Inn Buxton and had a really pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere from the entrance through to the bar and restaurant was really lovely and welcoming. The location was very convenient, with a Tesco petrol station and Tesco Express store right beside the hotel, and takeaway food just a 2-minute drive away. This made it really easy to grab anything we needed during our stay. The only downside was the limited disabled parking. There were only four disabled parking spaces, and unfortunately none were available when we stayed. This was disappointing, especially for guests who genuinely need accessible parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. A clean, comfortable and very convenient hotel with a lovely atmosphere.

Exactly what I've come ot expect from PI. Good clean, large comfortable room and a plentiful tasty breakfast. I would have preferred to have a bottle of water in the room as the temps were in the 3o's

Although this Premier Inn is a bit farther from the city centre, about a 20-minute walk, we didn't mind the distance. What was frustrating was the condition and cleanliness of the room. We were assigned a room where the air conditioning barely worked, making the room very stuffy. In places, the bathroom was rather mouldy, and when we arrived, we discovered hair on the toilet seat. Additionally, there were biscuit crumbs on the chair and a sticky ring mark on the desk close to the mounted bottle opener. The staff, however, were friendly and inviting, so we have no issues with them. They were very helpful with answering questions about parking.
