"Lovely hotel"

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a handy self-check-in machine.🏨✨🛎️ We had a meal plan, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this as the choices were limited, and it needs improving to include more fresh ingredients and food choices that don't require frying.🥗🍽️🥕 Overall, a lovely stay, and we would return without a meal plan.😊⭐👍

"Excellent stay"

Good Premier Inn. Nice clean room which seemed recently updated. There is an onsite car park but with limited spaces at present but great if you can get a space. Chap on reception very friendly and helpful. We will be back again soon hopefully.

"I really wanted to give this a 5-star rating"

I really wanted to give this a 5-star rating, but there were no coat hangers in room 20, and a staff member's comments meant I had to give it a 4-star rating out of 5. I asked a member of staff at reception why there were no coat hangers, and he said, " Yes, we know about this, and none were delivered. He said that when they assembled the coat-hanger rail, no coat hangers were supplied, and because they were part of the permanent fixture, they couldn't do anything about it. I suggested that if they knew about it, why couldn't they have purchased some cheap coat hangers for customers to use in the meantime? His answer was, "write a review as nobody listens to us". The hotel location was great; car parking was limited to a few spaces. Cleanliness was excellent, and the food was good. Overall, a nice hotel.

"Great hotel."

We have had a one night stay, as we have visited family, in Levens. Great rooms. The guy on reception on Saturday afternoon was professional and very helpful. Shout out to Victoria in the restaurant this morning. Amazing customer service, very friendly and hardworking.
