"Great stay"
I have stayed here 4 weeks in a row and the rooms are very clean the stuff are very helpful. Diana on reception is brilliant so happy and welcoming love coming here.

It was a pleasure to stay here, the room was clean. Diana, from reception, was very kindly, that can help with absolutely everything, very nice. I have been on a short vacation, at a friend, and they recommended this hotel, and I don’t regret anything, the personal was very warm. Maybe next time we will book again here.

Diana at the reception was amazing — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to help. Truly the heart of the hotel!

Lovely and friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. I have stayed here before and will probably stay again. Great location to rest on my long journey south.

Booked for a 2 night stay to view the local university with my daughter. Everyone who manned the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We did have an issue with our heating when we arrived. Due to the time of our arrival (after 11pm) we were provided with a portable heater however it was fixed the next day. All in all would highly recommend this premier inn. The only let down was the beefeater attached which I wouldn’t recommend at all.
