      "Present member of staff. "
Tracy was very helpful calling a taxi and even wrote address down for me incase I got mixed up with hotels. As I showed up to check in. She was both very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are also amazing and cost effective. Parking is right outside of hotel also.
"Was a half decent visit. Could have been better if someone wasn’t there"
Most of staff were friendly except for one… she had dark hair and wore glasses and was basically stuck to the reception chair. All of the other staff I had seen were running around like headless chickens trying to help clean rooms etc I think her name was Sophie I had to ring the bell a few times during my stay and she was always at the other end of hotel doing another job I kept apologising to her from distracting her from other jobs but she was very helpful. So was Natasha on a night time. The staff in the pub next door were extremely friendly and ran miles around the pub I think I could see smoke coming from their feet at one point it was that busy. But back to the receptionist everytime I passed and she was in she always looked like she didn’t want to be there and I could hear her saying she was tired and in pain….i don’t know how she could have been tired as she was always sat at that chair. The only time she was polite to me was when I checked out and her manager was in the back (short female with glasses) and she gave me a review card and put her name on….Tracey. Big shout out to Sophie, Natasha and Julie as they were all friendly and helped me with any questions I have.
      "Dirty room"
The hotel room was so dirty the bath was stained the shower curtain was dirty there was tissues on the floor and a hair clip the staff was terrible as well they didn't even ask to clean the room reception was dirty and outside to
      "Holiday stop over"
The room was very dated and dark....the restaurant was the same and very noisy. We chose this one as it was on our route to Scotland and as bikers it helped our journey. We stayed on the way back...and we were physically tired as we are not as you g as we use to be. Tracey on reception was very accommodating and got us a room on the ground floor...Thank you Tracey it was much appreciated
      "Very nice"
Always a good room and great service, the rooms are always spacious with good facilities, TV worked, shower hot and the bed comfortable, what more could you want. Tracey on the front desk was really helpful and a great personality to have!
