"Parking charges. "
Now charging £3 per night parking. Annoying. What will they charge for next Cleaning ! Brewers Fayre pub next door. Not a clean place. Lots of food waste on the floor. You have to ask if you want your room cleaned. A popular hotel brand getting greedy.

The staff at the reception were very helpful I needed to sort another stay out so they helped me rebook a stay at the premier in hotel barrow in Furness, Big thanks to nick and Kerry
"Good Accommodation, not so good food."
Room was good and very clean. Personally I would prefer fluffier pillows. Breakfast buffet could be improved especially the bacon which looks like the rashers are not kept apart whilst cooking causing overlapped part of rashers to be almost raw! Fried eggs are left to go cold and hard and not replenished on a regular basis. Small evening meal Chicken Wings & Chips ... came out quickly but just luke warm.
"3 night great stay."
Well presented hotel. We had a premier room, it was clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly. A few issues which were promptly dealt with. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm in the early hour of Saturday, but it handled smoothly and everyone was safe.
"A nice friendly place to stay"
Our stay was for three days. It was a friendly welcome. The rooms in the main building were clean and comfortable. Nice to have free parking but from 16 June they are adding charging parking!! We were woken by a smoke alarm at 2-30am due to a person setting off the fire alarm.
