      "Good place to stay"
      The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of parking and public transport nearby. There is a restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner. Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Customer service was excellent - everyone I met was helpful.
      "Good hotel "
      Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, had a e mail before saying restuabt was closed but was a bonus that it was still open for breakfast which was buffet style and delicious. Was here to spend time with good friends Room was clean and well appointed . Only downside was no plug or USB by the bed but that's really all. Bed was comfy and warm which I enjoyed
      "Over night stay"
      Prior to arriving at the hotel we received an email a couple of days earlier to say the restaurant had been closed for building works and we would be refunded for any pre booked meals. On arriving to check in we were told this was an error and in fact could eat in the restaurant. The check in was simple and easy and we headed to our room. On opening the door the room smelt fusty and continued to do so until we left. The beds were comfy but it was very hot in the room at night. We were woken several times by people above us banging around and what could only sound like dropping things on the floor. A guaranteed good night sleep did not happen.

      Tory was such a great hep on the desk!! Thanks so much, very friendly and great service… My stay was great, couldn’t fault it. Really helped me out when I needed something for work purposes. Would definitely come back to this premier inn again

      Always a warm welcome at Preston Farm Premier Inn. Looked after by Tory again, always a smile and makes sure everything is perfect. Rooms clean and tidy, our requirements are always met. Our request for certain rooms are always met if possible. Thanks again for a perfect stay.
