"Terrible and Overpriced"
Terrible. Receptionist off hand. Pillow hard. Shower looked great but poor pressure so drippy. Bin hadn't been emptied from last occupant. Nothing to drink from. The only upside was the lovely overnight person. He was friendly and VERY helpful. Breakfast was appalling. Price was high, should have stayed in a decent hotel. Stayed a lot in Premier Inns over the years particularly Scarboro every month for a couple of yeard but may never stay in one again.
"Great room, not so great shower"
Hotel lovely, clean and welcoming. Only negative was despite having what looked to be a great shower set up I could barely wet my hair enough to wash it. The power was a very disappointing end to my stay.

Stayed many times on route always a pleasure this time room upgrade excellent Sue at check in always a good chat and smile
"10 minutes is far too early"
Don't arrive early, preferably don't book this accommodation at all. On our arrival, we were "greeted" woth you're early! The lady then took nearly 10 minutes to check us in thou.

We were here for the Kynren show only 20mis away the hotel was undergoing refurbishment which we were made aware of. No issues form the referb in fact the builders were most obliging as were the Premier Inn duty staff. The food from the Pub opposite was quite adequate also with very friendly staff.
