"Lovely stay will be back"
Good location decent parking clean comfortable room comfortable bed with good linen provided a fan to keep room cool very friendly helpful staff excellent value for money

Outdated dirty hotel rooms with mould in bathroom grout. Heavily stained baths, cracks in the walls and skirting boards. Staining and wear to headboard of bed. Even the walls near kettle had dust on.

Staff warm and friendly upon on arrival and were able to answer any queries I had.
The room was clean and tidy, with all expected facilities available and in working order.
I had a really good night’s sleep as the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Overall, my stay represented great value for money and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

"A very peaceful night's sleep"
If you only want a room then this is for me a great option. Lovely clean quiet room. Very friendly check in experience. Nice planted areas around the hotel and car park. Free and plentiful parking. Very near to a bus stop with easy access to Durham and the A1. The only thing that lets this location down is the food offer from the Beefeater next door.
