"Worth every penny"

Stayed here for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Had lots of COVID measures in place. Lucky for us the bar/restaurant next door had just opened back up. We Be booked in For breakfast the next day. Although not self service the staff were great at being prompt and providing us with a great breakfast to keep us going for the day. Drinks at the bar were also very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Durham!

First timeat this premier inn. Lovely. Rooms spotless. And the reception staff really cheery and helpful, unfortunately the restaurant wasnt open due to the situation. But didn't ruin our stay. Asked for more coffee,tea and that was fine for us.

"Feel like Friends "

We visited this premier inn last night where we met friends for the evening. By the end of the evening we had not only had great food a fantastic time but also enjoyed very good service. The lady Sue who looked after us was not only efficient funny but a pleasant and attentive host. Thank you to all the staff from the receptionist who was very happy and helpful to the gentleman who served us breakfast this morning. Thank you again for your friendliness professionalism and be assured that we will return again. G Hodgson

"One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in"

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and the food at the Beefeater much better than at other Beefeaters I have visited attached to a Premier Inn. Staff were also very friendly at the Beefeater.

It's difficult to fault Premier Inns these days - everything one could want from a room, incl. bedside USB, HDMI interface to TV (for working), temp. control, SUCH comfortable beds (even a choice of pillow firmness!), wide shower curtain (to avoid those one which stick to you). Attached Beefeater does great food at amazing prices, esp. if you take the Meal Deal option - unbeatable.
