Staff warm and friendly upon on arrival and were able to answer any queries I had.
The room was clean and tidy, with all expected facilities available and in working order.
I had a really good night’s sleep as the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Overall, my stay represented great value for money and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

"A very peaceful night's sleep"
If you only want a room then this is for me a great option. Lovely clean quiet room. Very friendly check in experience. Nice planted areas around the hotel and car park. Free and plentiful parking. Very near to a bus stop with easy access to Durham and the A1. The only thing that lets this location down is the food offer from the Beefeater next door.

I have been staying here for work for over 3 months and all the staff are amazing, nothing was ever too much they even fixed the guttering outside my room that was keeping me up when it rained. Special thanks to Tamsin hope you enjoy your camping in Vermont.

"Durham Delight"
As with all Premier Inns we've experienced the staff were excellent and always smiling. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Ample parking and very little traffic noise. Ate in the Beefeater next door where the staff and food were also excellent, friendly and always smiling.
