    "Over and beyond"
    I was attending my mother's funeral and all the staff were excellent from the moment I arrived making me tea and letting me get ready to go to the chapel of rest even though it was hours before booking in time i was able to get ready and leave my bags The also helped with getting me a plaster I also got booked in early with no hassle
    "A good and very typical Premier Inn stay"
    All was up to the expected standard. We travelled by rail and the hotel is conveniently placed for Darlington rail station. We would prefer to see a larger evening meal and snack menu, but there were plenty of places in the adjacent town centre.

    Extremely clean, well equipped, comfy room in a well positioned hotel close to the railway station. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the cooked breakfast was delicious.
    "Would stay again"
    Stayed here for a Tournament taking place next door. Self checked in the first night, room was clean, a bit tired. Needed to stay another day and booked online but the room took almost an hour to get ready when we went to check in. Seems a bit silly that your otherwise charged to check-in/out early or late but it's okay to be kept waiting if the room isn't ready after 3 p.m. Overall, great location.

    One of the best premier inns I’ve stayed at. Immaculately clean throughout. Very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Had the meal deal which was 2 course evening meal and breakfast which was very good value and tasty. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely lady Abi on reception who was very friendly and helpful. The other girl who I cannot remember the name of (young, long ginger hair) was also so helpful and friendly

    You can't get more central than our Premier Inn Darlington hotel. It's the perfect location for the shops and bars that this historic market town has to offer. You're just five minutes' walk from Darlington Civic Theatre and just two minutes away from the Dolphin Centre swimming pool and gym. One mile up the road is the fascinating Head of Steam Darlington Railway Museum and in under an hour are the rolling Yorkshire Dales and the rugged North Moors. Back at the hotel, don't miss out on a delicious meal at our on-site Thyme restaurant and then relax in one of our new- generation bedrooms, boasting our luxury kingsize bed and 40" flat screen TV.
