    "Not 24 hours"
Another 24 hours mcdonalds that isn't open hours. Been several times in the early hours to be told were not serving systems being updated.
    "HOT room"
Terrible hot hot room, it was colder outside. Window only opened a couple of inches. Couldn't stay within room, slept in the car. Staff said that side of the building was HOT. Due to them stating the hotel has no air con they wont do anything about the complaint. Party of 30 will never be staying there again. Some other people with the party stayed within the same side and also left the room.
    "Terrible nights sleep"
Worst nights sleep had at a premier inn. kept awake for 3.5 hrs of the night due to heat and not gone when it was the hottest weeks of summer, supplied fan very noisy, room had no other cooling options, hotel noisy too - kept awake from 1am to 4am. Wouldn't use this one again, rather drive further, on plus side restaurant food good quality
"Would have slept better in my car!"
Stayed one night at this Premier Inn, and thank god it was only one night, as we only got 4 hours sleep!! We stayed on the ground floor near the stairs/reception and there was constant noise coming from the area above us from 5am until 9.30am. It sounded like an elephant walking back and forth down, (what we think) was a corridor or store room. Also, every time someone walked through the door between the downstairs corridor and reception, our bedroom door would slam/vibrate. We reported this to reception in the morning, and was told they couldn’t do anything about it - we had to report it online. So we wasted half an hour making a complaint to Premier Inn’s Guest Relations to be told that we should have reported it whilst it was happening (i.e., get out of bed looking like a scruff in your pjs and go to reception). Sounds really convenient for the customer!! They said we could have rang reception (how thoughtful). So, if you don’t fancy a stroll down to reception at 5 in the morning in your pjs, grab your phone spend half an hour searching Premier Inn’s website for a number to call, because they certainly don’t make it easy for customers to complain!! And after all that, wait until you try their tea and coffee in morning!! We feel completely scammed and we will NEVER stay at a Premier Inn again!! (And that was the first time LOL) My advice to anyone on the verge of looking else where - do it!! Give your money to the locals who really appreciate people, not a huge corporation, who know you’re just another statistic!! Alternatively, just stay in your car - I can guarantee you’ll wake up feeling as refreshed as we did staying at the Premier Inn, and you won’t get scammed!! :)
    "Sleeping in a greenhouse."
Booking in was easy, Angela the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. On entering the room it became obvious that the aircon had been turned off in a permanent way, the heat within the room was horrendous, there was a table top fan operating which we left on all night. We booked an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user, it was clean and smelled nice. The bathroom was excellent with it being a wet room there was plenty of space and an excellent seat in the shower. We asked for a raised bed, however premier inn don’t do them anymore. The aircon needs to switched on, I understand the cost implications with this but in the summer it definitely needs to be on. Overall it was ok. Our room was No 28.
