"RIP off Premier Inn with Rude staff"
£188 for an 80s style box! Arrived 5 minutes before 3pm check inn and was advised by the rude woman ( certainly no lady) that it would be an extra £15 if I was to book in before! Lenny Henry must be on a packet! What a rip off! Waited until after 3 to check in to be met with this vile creature again who this time said I should think about the tone at which I speak to people! Needless to say I replied in the same vein Having had a business account with this chain for the last 10 years I can safely say it will be cancelled It appears they’re more interested in making money than looking after they’re customers Don’t bother going to the adjacent beefeater either! Food was rubbish place was dirty and the staff scarce Glad to get out of there

Building work made the car park very full, not great having to try and find a space so late into the evening. On departure then discover there is an overspill car park, visible sign posts would be helpful!
"Premier Inn stands for penny pinching and ripping off the customer"
Premier Inn seems now under the control of an accountant who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing, especially customers and their staff. Wifi mediocre to non existent; the upgrade costs £5 (that's equivalent £1800 a year!); No separate mugs and glasses; a Pyrex mug has to function for both but it's useless for making tea unless you pre-warm the cup. And I can't take my pills and drink tea in the morning, as I usually do. You have to request the room to be cleaned every day. This is a hotel, not an Airbnb! Tables in Beefeater are horribly sticky, probably due to not removing food waste during cleaning. Many staff seem under a lot of stress, probably because Premier Inn isn't allowing them to deal with customers as they know they should.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are very helpful especially Kelly on the front desk who was friendly, knowledgeable and vey helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Tracey was amazing , making up a second bed after we had incorrectly booked a double. Warm, friendly and helpful, she went beyond the norm! So friendly too, thank you Tracey!
