"A pleasant stay"
Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat. Ended up staying an extra night which is a credit to the experience. There were a few issues due to the weather (lots of rain and wind on two days) but a leak from dislodged roof tiles was dealt with immediately which was impressive. Building work was ongoing for an expansion, but barely an inconvenience, and the workers were pleasant. A fair bit of the main car park is blocked off for the building work, but there was always space. Thank you!
"Avoid all costs"
Just awful avoid at all costs Overpriced and contractors working on extension of hotel woke us up at 5:30am and funnily enough the water in our room didn’t work so no shower ! And no staff in reception to bring it up with!!
"Bank holiday break"
Very expensive for 2 nights - £329.00. I know it was Bank Holiday but still a lot for a bed. Requested ground floor room as Mum has mobility issues and this was good although the bed was a bit high which had its issues. Room was Clean and tidy although bathroom was tired. Staff excellent- really friendly.
"Amazing Welcome"
Often use Premier Inns for short family stays around the country. You generally know what your going to get. Sometimes you get more! The welcome and friendliness of Georgia on the reception desk was amazing. She was so helpful with local advice, it was like meeting an old friend again. What a great start it made to our holiday. Thanks all.
"Outstanding"
Outstanding in all respects. The staff (Georgina and Kelly) were so lovely and welcoming and the room perfect. Premier Inn is the best - the rooms are predictably good but it’s the staff that really make the difference. Thank you!
