      "Premier Inn, not so premier"
Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my accommodation. Specifically, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I noticed dirt and grime on the walls, windows, floors, dusty surfaces, stained curtain linen, curtains were both dirty and ripped. Vomits or something similar on the right side of bed. The room was exceptionally hot and noisy due to no A/C or other method to rectify the hot weather (the small fan did nothing to help) and open window near to the highway. The bathroom was in a poor state, with mouldy in the shower, walls, black moulds in shower area, with mouldy tiles, low water pressure even with a cold shower, dirty toilet seat, water leaking from the glass shower screen. Furthermore, there was an empty shower gel. The overall interior of the hotel also appeared run-down and in need of maintenance. During my stay, I spoke to a member reception staff about these issues and was advised to formally submit a complaint. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a reputable hotel chain like Premier Inn in a highly sort after location.
      "To hot to sleep."
Nice big room, thats where it ends.Unable to sleep due to being so so hot.A fan was supplied which was so noisy. After turning it off and moving it,the grill covering the fan was caked in dust which certainly didn't help as i am Asthmatic. Upon telling reception these issues she agreed about the heat and said it was unbearable to work there. We will not be staying again until these issues are resolved.
"Ideal place for a break in Cornwall"
Visiting family and the Premier Inn was in perfect location. I use a wheelchair so had an accessible room and wet room for the bathroom. Very suitable for my requirements. Best bathroom I have used in a hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff helped me with a special request toi
"Good place to stay for area"
Good location for accessing local area by car. Large free car park, but remember to register. Lovely reception team. Room was very clean, bathroom updated, large TV and time unlimited free wifi. There is an hourly bus service to St A. from a nearby stop so left car and bussed in. Can be walked in approx. 40minutes, but uphill on return! Did not eat at attached restaurant given reviews. No airconditioning but they give you an electric fan so this might be an issue for some. More than happy to stay again if in the area or travelling through.
      "Excellent"
Excellent room, service and food. The reception staff were particularly helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
