"Great access to the area"
Very convenient to access Eden project and other sights in the area. Close to the main route in and out of St Austell. Very pleasant rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Room quiet, very clean with no disturbances. Great vibe. Not too expensive. Thanks

"Great stay - thanks!"
What a lovely stay we’ve had a St Austell. The kids treasure hunt was a real hit for us! Kept them entertained and they loved their bubbles as a prize. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly.

"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Basic Facilities"
St Austell Premier Inn Review
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the St Austell Premier Inn. I have been staying at Premier Inn for around 15 years, and this is the first time I have ever had such a bad experience.
The room was extremely dusty and had spider webs. There was no shower gel and no toilet tissue provided. Most concerningly, my daughter developed a skin rash on her face during our stay, which made the poor cleanliness even more worrying for us.
I expected much better standards from Premier Inn, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened, as this experience was very upsetting for my family.

"Disappointing stay – limited facilities and unpleasant smell"
Unfortunately, our stay at the St Austell Premier Inn was disappointing. The restaurant was evidently in the process of closing down, which left very limited options for food or other facilities nearby.
The hotel itself also had a strong smell of cannabis, which was unpleasant and made the environment feel uncomfortable. With minimal amenities close by, we had expected to be able to rely on the hotel’s own facilities, so finding the restaurant effectively closing was particularly frustrating.
Overall, not the standard I would expect from a Premier Inn and unfortunately not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
