"Best reception staff."
Stayed at this premier inn a few times. Staff here are the best. Phoned ahead with some requests due to disabilities, reception staff were polite, caring, understanding and very helpful. On arrival met with more polite, helpful staff. One bed wasn't made up but a quick visit to reception and I believe the ladies name is Pam, all was sorted. There were a few other bits missing and even though I was back and forth a good few times Pam was always polite and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for the ladies in reception. Thank you for being so kind. We will definitely be back.

"Great base to discover Cornwall"
The staff are all fantastic, they are all friendly and are there to help, we could not fault that. The only issue we had was the lack of air con but we booked regardless unbeknown to us that there was going to be a heatwave. It does get very hot in the rooms in the heat but that is inevitable as there is no air con but they do give good fans which did help. I would suggest they get an ice machine in reception to help with the heat. Overall it’s a great base to visit all parts of Cornwall and the staff are an asset to the hotel.

"Amazing staff."
I have stayed here a fair few times since moving away from Cornwall. The location is great for my needs, rooms are clean and comfortable no problem at all. What stands out for me is the staff especially Pamela, absolutely fab, they helped me recently as I had an emergency back home and couldn't stay, Pamela has a huge heart fantastic personality with her customers, all the staff are really lovely. I will continue to stay there every few months. I can't thank them enough for being so kind, please let them know this. Thank you, Tonya Stretch a very happy customer. 😊
