"Excellent stay- would highly recommend!!!"
I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn in Penzance. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the seafront and an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed, as always with Premier Inn, was incredibly comfortable, and I slept really well each night. What stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff, Samantha the hotel manager was absolutely amazing nothing was too much for her. Sam and Joe on the evening team were also amazing super friendly and suggest some beautiful places to visit. From check-in to check-out, they were welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served a good selection for breakfast and dinner, with generous portions and great service.

Myself and my granddaughters visited the premier inn and were treated very kindly and professionally by a lady named Claire. We had been a bit lost and a little anxious about our luggage but Claire came to our rescue and helped us in our hour of need. Thank you.
"Great location"
With just a few shortcomings, this is a good place to stay in Penzance. It is located literally a few steps away from the train station. A long term carpark is located opposite. We received a warm welcome. Our room was a bit dark, but pleasant enough, comfortably furnished, quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the linens good quality. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast area was a bit small for the large number of guests, but the food was good. Wifi could have been better.
