"Lack of staff and food !"
Great location - directly opposite the train and bus stations. Converted warehouse so looks nice - unlike most Premier Inns! But for the second hotel running they ran out of food at evening meal time. Same happened in Margate. Staff were fantastic but Premier Inn now only employ the bare minimum of people. So people were waiting at reception as the staff were serving meals ! Premier Inn is no longer cheap so why no staff ?
"Very friendly reception staff"
Just got today 7 sept 2025 to hotel branwells in penzance premier inn the staff very helpful and accommodating even though I book for early check in and its not time them arranged a different room for me and I am in there now. They are and will go out there way to help you Thank you very much Margaret baigrie
"Great short break in Penzance"
A wonderful few days in Cornwall at Bramwell Mill Premier Inn in Penzance. Stawere very welcoming and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I would like make a special mention of Chef Dave who cooked delicious breakfasts including perfect poached eggs, just as I like them. Many thanks Dave.
"Weekend away."
Breakfast was great and bed was really comfortable. Room was quiet so sleep was undisturbed. However, carpet in bedroom had not been hoovered and windows were sealed shut so no fresh air. No parking at hotel but public (pay and display) carpark directly opposite.
"Satisfaction of accommodation"
Having been delayed on St Mary’s we couldn’t get a train home until the following day and booked in to Premier Inn. We were lucky to get one of the last rooms available . The staff were very accommodating and the room was excellent. At breakfast Samantha was especially helpful and her knowledge of Penzance was very useful.
