"Good standard as usual"
Visited on two separate occasions, the latest one being last night. Both visits extremely satisfactory on all counts. Very friendly, attentive staff and excellent food and service. Would recommend to others and will certainly call again when in the area.
"Caring and warm staff, clean"
The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and made my 3 year olds stay extra special. Dee and Samantha would arrange his dinosaur teddies after each clean in a fun way (with new treats) so my son would come back to the room after a day out excited to see what his dinosaurs had been up to. Excellent!
"Expensive for basic facilities"
Expensive, not good value. Clean comfortable room and bed. Decent shower. Limited refreshments. No biscuits, no herbal tea, no box of tissues.
"Great stay"
The warm and kind members of staff made our stay very pleasant, in particular Vicki, Claire and Samantha. They were welcoming and accommodating and very sweet with my 5 year old. We were impressed with the breakfast and dinner and it was great value for money especially the food! On a negative, the mattress wasn’t comfortable at all for my back.
"You can’t find a much more convenient location for train and bus stations!"
Decent hotel, very conveniently located for train and bus stations. Room felt secure and safe, which was importantly to me as I was travelling alone. Room was comfortable and had all essentials. It was great to have air-conditioning that could be adjusted in the room. Staff were friendly and efficient.
