Great stay and Kristelle and KD were lovely and couldn't do enough will come again.

Staff are absolutely amazing friendly and welcoming especially kristelle and dom both absolutely professional

Location was good for work. Atmosphere of the hotel was nice. The room was good, it had everything needed. Cleanliness was really good. Becks on breakfast was really helpful and happy

5 star service from Becks, I’ve had countless business breakfasts over the years but the team at Liskeard Premier Inn were next level. Becks especially served us with care and her humour (banter) was brilliant she was on top form so much so I had another coffee and round of toast. Looking to going back in a couple of weeks. Bravo 👏🏼

Paid for their upgraded room so to get air con and coffee machine. Air con not working in whole of hotel which we repoted to site but they did not record, so room was too hot to have a comfortable night sleep on both our nights there as the fan supplied by reception when we reported air con issue just moved warm air around. You could not leave window open at night due to the noise from traffic on the main road next door. Told the air con system old, prone to failure but just keeps being repaired from one breakdown to another. Coffee machines leak when water left i jug all over work top, told by maid that they all do and water should be emptied, no notice in room. Put in complaint to Premier Inn customer Services who rejected complaint as no so called issue reported, even after we described staff on reception we reported fault to. Very poor service and poorly maintain hotel, with a food outlet attached that is in part closed down / run down as they are trying to sell it off, so food not good and place has no atmosphere with few staff on.
