"Lovely people, lovely food and a comfy bed"

I stayed at this Premier Inn for about a week, it was everything you would expect from a Premier Inn with good quality rooms, a comfortable bed and lovely food next door at Table Table. However, i would like to call out the exceptional staff who work there (especially Jenny & Lizzie), all of whom were really friendly and helped me have an excellent stay!

"Fantastic Customer Service & Pleasant Stay"

I recently stayed for three nights at Premier Inn in Camborne, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionists, Jenny and Megan. They were genuinely warm, incredibly friendly, and made me feel welcome. Throughout my stay, they were always approachable, helpful, and attentive, which made a huge difference. There was a small issue with the bathroom light during my stay, but it was resolved straight away without any fuss. Jenny and Megan handled the situation quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was sorted with minimal disruption. Their efficiency and care really stood out. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and Jenny and Megan are a real credit to the hotel. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

On arriving a little late and a bit filthy from my work, both reception staff were so accommodating and polite and had a great sense of humour. So considering my awful day I would to thank Jenny and Lizzy for cheering me up. Great people to talk to as well. thank you 👍

"Brilliant Receptionists"

I was welcomed into the hotel reception by the lovliest people, Jenny and Lizzie. They were full of fun and banter and made me feel so welcome. Smiles all round to all the guests. They made such a difference to my whole stay. The room was fantastic too and as expected. Would definitely come back to see the two receptionists again.

"Friendly staff"

A lovely, friendly hotel. Clean and quiet. Booked a Premier plus room for 2 nights. Very satisfactory stay. The restaurant could do with an update. But again friendly staff and clean. Would definitely go back.
