"Three Outstanding Team Members"
We arrived in the area before lunch and decided to call at the hotel to see if we could check in early. Kelly in reception said she would check on the progress in preparing our room, returning a few minutes later suggesting that we had a coffee at the Table Table next door and return in 20 mins. On our return Kelly told us that our room was ready, enabling us to spend the afternoon enjoying the weather and exploring the area. Kelly had a "can do attitude" instead of the "can't do attitude" that we have experienced at other Premier Inn hotels if we have arrived early.
We ate at the Table Table in the evening and the food was acceptable but only worth a 3* rating. However, the evening was made enjoyable by our server, Chloe, who had a really bubbly personality and was attentive ensuring that all of the tables she was serving received excellent service.
We had to depart earlier than we had originally planned. Elizabeth in reception was very helpful, checking us out and raising a refund for the nights that we were not staying. This was possible as we were on the fully flexible rate. The money was back in my account within 48 hours.
Breakfast at the Table Table restaurant was not up to the usual Premier Inn standard with items not available on various mornings, and front of house staff who could do with some lessons from Chloe on how to interact with customers.
Kelly, Chloe and Elizabeth were excellent team members at Premier Inn Camborne. All three had positive attitudes and strived to provide excellent service to us and from what we saw to all guests. They would all be a real asset to any employer.

"Awful stay"
Hotel was as you expect from premier but very dated on the outside and could really benefit from attention. As we subsequently found out, it was very over priced for the area, in comparison with other very local hotels, they offer just as good facilities if not better for a lot less money. Tyack for example where my nephew stayed was much better and £45 a night cheaper.
What i found totally unacceptable was the food and service in the bar. The food was truly awful, Rock hard over cooked chicken goujons, and a tiny portion of nachos with virtually no topping. The tables were so sticky, if you rested your arms on the table, you had to peel your them off. But by far the most unexpected experience was dealing with the terrible bar staff. We stayed at the premier for my sisters funeral, after getting back me and my family wanted a drink, a beer and a chat. We arrived atvthe bar at around 8.15pm and told if we wanted food to order immediately. We ordered food, got a drink and then at 9.20pm, last orders were called, when I questioned this, a very rude woman said, "we are closing, you have 10 minutes to get out, finish your drinks and leave."
She was rude to everybody in the bar, not just us. I complained to reception the next morning, why the bar had closed so early. The two reception ladies looked at each other, one rolled her eyes and said she thought the bar may have been short staffed. I told her, there were no more than 25 people in the bar and we saw at least 6 staff not including any kitchen staff.
I put a complaint in to premier complaints dept, and after taking my complaint, the person said, "sorry this has to go to another complaints department and they will email when they can." What has happened to premier? I have used them for at least 25 years and I have never had anything like this happen.

"Mark and Kelly"
I'd just like to say that Mark and Kelly were absolutely brilliant! We had an issue with our TV and they went above and beyond to sort it out and ensure our stay was comfortable.

"Helpful receptionists"
During my visit today, to the Premier Inn at Camborne, I was assisted by, and conversed at length with the two lovely receptionists, Elizabeth and Joyce. They could not have been more helpful and their knowledge and advice was invaluable. They are clearly an absolute credit to their company. Thank you.

"The best experience"
I stayed at Premier Inn and had a wonderful experience. Megan and Caroline were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They even took time out of their day to help me organize and book my journey back home to Malta while I was still staying there.
They are genuinely lovely people, professional, kind, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made my stay much easier and more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I would like to thank Megan and Caroline for all their help and support.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
