"Smelly and run down"
Smelly room. Dirty carpets. Restaurant was tired, floors were sticky. Felt so run down and like no money had been spent for a long time. Really declared. Premier Inns used to be nice, this was just sad.
Receptionist was lovely though.

Fabulous staff, facilities and location. Everything was what you expect from a Premier Inn hotel. Cosy and quiet room. Very clean hotel. Food was as expected with no complaints. Great value for money.

Start to finish my stay was lovely. Staff were very helpful and informative, check in was easy, room was a lovely size, room was on the warmer side due to recent weather conditions, small window openings and no air con (this building really needs it).
Atmosphere was lovely both receptionists and attached restaurant staff were lovely. Food was ok, but I did get told that due to changes there was a things that weren’t available.
Location is great whether you’re there for 1 night or multiple nights, lots of things to do in the town.
Cleanliness was great, only problem was the chair in the room is a little dated definitely needs replacing.
Great value for money, especially the meal deal option!
