"Great stay in awful circumstances"
I arrived at the end of a long day's bike ride through torrential rain in a complete state, and Deanne all but bent over backwards helping me get sorted. Cannot thank her enough!

After my husband falling ill while visiting family, my husband was in hospital, everyone at this hotel were so caring towards me during that stressful time, I can't fault anything from this hotel.

We had a lovely stay, rooms up to premier inn standard. Lovely staff throughout the hotel, they couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel and grounds clean and tidy. Great location if you’re looking to explore Cornwall.

We were a group of 28 bell ringers visiting churches in the Bodmin area and stayed at your hotel for three nights. We received exceptional care; nothing was too much trouble. Jackie checked us in very efficiently and resolved a few issues we had quickly. The team, including Jade, Ash, Annabelle, Bracken, Lily, and Rebecca, was fantastic. Our food and drink orders were taken promptly and delivered without delay. I highly recommend staying at the Bodmin Premier Inn.
