"Its a long drive but worth it!"
This is the second time I have stayed at Premier inn Bodmin. I'm no stranger to a Premier Inn either. Bodmins staff, of who e I have met two different shifts so far, have been nothing short of excellent.
Whether helping with room and stay issues or just genuinely engaging in chit chat at the front desk. They are at the top of my list.
A big shout out to Alisha, a rising start of the hospitality industry. Thanks for all your help and I hope your career goes from strength to strength.

"Time for a refurb!!"
Nice hotel easy to find with plenty of parking spaces.The hotel is looking a little bit tired /could do with a refurb.The room we styed in smelt a bit musky!!

"Very happy positive staff, we will be coming back."
We stayed here for a couple of nights. The rooms were very clean & fresh smelling. The new fans were a god send as the weather was so hot & we were able to turn the dial right up to suit our needs. There was a very helpful young lady that was very happy & positive that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. She kept our room very clean & gave us fresh towels & top up our teas & coffees when asked, I believe she was wearing a grey coloured hair band. It’s always a pleasure to meet such happy individuals.

Staff are very welcoming and professional all reception staff and room staff are very polite and kind.
Restaurant staff are jolly and very attentive

Faded carpet. Curtains have holes in and don’t close properly. Toilet fan noisey. Desk in poor condition. USB port not working. Restaurant very slow. Nearly 1 hour to get food. Didn’t have any fish. No strongbow cider despite being on menu. No Sunday dinner available on Sunday and advised. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. Served my food in and didn’t bring me the Cole slaw which was included. When I enquired about this I was told they didn’t have any. I did tell them to give me onion rings instead. They then tried to charge me for them.
