    "The worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in"
    Our experience started with a long wait at the reception desk (we had to press the buzzer twice) for a member of staff to arrive, but like every other member of staff we encountered, she was friendly and helpful. Our room appeared tidy and clean. It wasn't until checking out time and sweeping the room for forgotten items that I looked under the bed to see rubbish, dust and dirt from previous guests. It hadn't been cleaned or hoovered for a long time! The bathroom was clean but the water from the sink was scalding! There is a sticker on the mirror informing you but it took my daughter by surprise! We had to brush our teeth using water from the bath tap... The beds were comfy but the grease stains on the satin headboard from guests sat in bed watching TV was a bit gross. My biggest gripe was the continuous high-pitched hum coming from the bathroom all night. It made it impossible to sleep. The noise was there when the lights were turned off and key card removed - it was like a form of sleep deprivation torture.

    I didn’t like at all I will never came back to this hotel the worst hotel I ever been No one clean the rooms properly to much dust on the room , nothing works properly, Even after asking for the room to be clean they didn’t do it They said we did not have the housekeeper Never coming back Disappointed
    "Don't waste your money here. If you can sleep in 29° temps give this place a try!"
    The service is this place is the worst of any Premier Inn we've stayed at ( we've stayed at quite a few now ). We definatelty will not be back. The rooms were constantly 28 - 29° even with the fan going. Dinner took over 2hrs and I was nearly choked on some packaging left in a desrt and was told " oh well, these things happen "! The service is poor, poor, poor. Its not surprising the place was dead. They don't encourage return custom. Seems like there's a serious lack of customer service standards here.
    "Friendly staff"
    Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checked in late with no issues. Arrived just as bar was shutting, they allowed us to buy a quick drink to take to our room. Clean room with tea & coffee provided. Great location, would recommend!
    "Lovely staff and clean room"
    We were staying at the hotel visiting family and were very pleased with our room which was lovely and clean and airy.We were checked in by Diane who was really friendly and made us feel welcome straight away.She always acknowledged us when we walked through and checked we were OK asking how our day had been and has a great sense of humour!We will definitely be staying again.
