"Avoid breakfast completely here but room all good."
Very good welcome from reception on arrival and most helpful. Room and bathroom facilities all clean and good. The only downfall was breakfast on Saturday 30th May. Do not have breakfast here at all!! Booked breakfast at 9:30am and on arrival no fruit juices available, no mugs for coffee/tea and waited 45 minutes on the breakfast order. With having our 6 year old grandson with us it was rather exasperating! Others who eventually received their cooked breakfast before us were complaining food was cold. Most tables from earlier having breakfast before us were not cleared and the restaurant looked a complete unsightly mess! We spent the previous Sunday evening at the Premier Inn in Plymouth East which was a totally better experience than Bodmin. Well done Plymouth East.

"One of the worst Premier inns"
Room smelt fousty on arrival đ
Breakfast was absolutely awful. No juice no jam had to wait 40 minutes for a waitress to take out order.
When food arrived it was cold inedible & wrong items brought out.
We've stayed in many Premier Inns & this is the absolute worst đ¤đĄ
I will NOT be recommending.

"Avoid in the summer until the hotel gets an AC upgrade."
Too hot to sleep...had to check out at 0220.
The room window only opens a minimal amount and the provided fan just moved the warm air around.
With the window open you hear the boy-racers in the car park.
This hotel needs air conditioning otherwise guests will continue to have difficulty every summer.
Night staff were pleasant.

"Great stay in awful circumstances"
I arrived at the end of a long day's bike ride through torrential rain in a complete state, and Deanne all but bent over backwards helping me get sorted. Cannot thank her enough!

Lovely Premier Inn! Comfortable night sleep, good food, staff are amazing and service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Sarah, Kelly and Becky. They made our stay perfect!
