Widnes hotel

Lovely stay, adeeba on the reception did everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable I would like to add that whilst I was in the reception area another customer was very aggressive verbally abusive towards adeeba it was very upsetting seeing such a lovely lady been spoke to like that She handle it very well considering and kept a professional manner

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly - it was effective and quiet. The hotel was quiet, so we had no noise disturbances (although it was a Monday night). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking. Would definitely stay here again - one of the best Premier Inn hotels I have stayed at.

Room not cleaned bed not made when l got back food was unavailable on my frist night shocking as this premier in was on a industrial site to far to go for food shocking as evening meal was included next day breakfast was not on omg what a place

Checked in and on arrival in my room, the window did not open. I know this is general practice in some lower budget hotels but this should only happen when the air con works. The air con turned off every 30 minutes which meant the room was permanently hot. Even worse so, on arrival into the bathroom , the sink was filled with hairs as if someone had shaved in there previously and it hadn’t been cleaned. There was also two long black curly hairs on the sink. How did the cleaners miss these!? Then there was a big spillage on the shelf in front of the mirror which god knows what it was but it looked sticky and was more evidence the place had not been cleaned hardly or even at all. Then, the bed had hairs in it. The final straws were the next morning when the towel I was going to use to dry myself with had black pubic hairs on them. I left at 9:30AM to go to a course and the cleaners were on my corridor. I arrived back at 3:30PM, no sign of the cleaners, my notice was still on the door to “please clean my room” and I walked in my room and it had not been touched. Although I checked in for two nights, I lasted less than 24 hours. I chose to drive 3 hours every day and back to Widnes for a 5-day course rather than sleep here any longer. One of the most unclean hotels I’ve stayed in. Do not stay here.

We had a really great time at this Premier Inn. The staff on reception are really friendly and helpful, and also the staff in the attached Brewers Fayre. Had a good nights sleep, the rooms had excellent air conditioning, were clean and comfortable with the usual comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent with a really good range. Location is perfect for reaching anywhere in Merseyside or Chester. Easy parking and lots of things to do right next door. Recommended!
