    "I would recommend"
    Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard breakfast for Premier inn, staff was very accommodating.
    "Banding sound from the ceiling inside since 2:00am"
    Bad experience, we stayed 2 night in this hotel on level 3 Rm311, first night was fine but second night there was banging sound from the ceiling inside since 2 :00am, i tried to switch off the A/C, the banging sound still there, i spoke to the receptionist about that noise, he said they received few time of complaints about this noise from other customers before and he don’t have any spare room can change for us. I have a video to record this terrible experience but just only photo can be uploaded in this website. Very terrible
    "Lovely premier inn"
    What a lovely hotel the staff were all so friendly and helpful especially Dee and Sue. Rooms were clean and the hotel itself was tidy and quiet. I would definitely revisit if I was up that way again.

    Excellent hotel value for money good staff however needs updating 2 coffee swatches are not enough in the room and should have a seating area for smokers outside also the windows should be able to open for fresh air. I don’t know the receptionist name but he’s a young guy and he’s a credit to your hotel very helpful and polite
