      Stayed here for work staff were really helpful .room was great nice and cool very comfortable bed food it good next door.

      the windows don't open in the room, which made it very stuffy and uncomfortable. then the floorboards from upstairs were very noisey and creaked every time the person moved around. i got very little sleep and with a long drive ahead, it was not the best. the breakfast had little choice, so i would suggest buying items yourself elsewhere and saving money and getting more of what you want.

      Great price, however, the bedding didnt fit the bed. The sheet didnt reach the end of the bed! Cleanliness could do with a bit of a deep clean, skirting boards etc hadn't been cleaned for a while. Curtains were falling off the track (didnt notice till got back at 1am and closed them). Staff we saw were nice and polite. Air con wouldn't stay on during the night and the room got very hot and stuffy.

      The wonderful staff at the Widnes Premier Inn have helped us throughout our nearly 4 months stay here.       I’ve been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years now and the staff on the evenings shift I think the woman’s name is Dee . She is the most warm hearted person I’ve ever meet she is a credit to the company, my fist choice is always Widnes the rooms are clean hotel I staff polite and I would recommend this hotel to anyone
