Widnes hotel

It is in a great location for us when visiting family. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant, and being unlimited was even better..i would definitely recommend Premier Inn to my friends and family.

Just want to say how wonderful Claire, Dee & the rest of the Widnes premier inn staff have been, they have gone above & beyond to help & make sure me & family were ok. Even the housekeeping staff knocked to make sure we was ok. We will be forever grateful for everything the staff did to help us through our difficult time. They truly are the best and deserve a massive shout out for there compassion and kindness.

2 night stay here whilst visiting family in the area. Check in was easy and the room was great. Everything you need and the staff were all really friendly. Hair dryer and bathroom toiletries included although would have liked another big towel for hair. I would have asked for another one if staying longer as this was mentioned at check in to ask if you needed anything. I like that there is extra tea/ coffee ect supplies on a little stand in reception so you can get more if you run out. Parking was fine and although next to a very busy main road it was quiet once inside. Lots of amenities on the doorstep including Brewers Fayre next door and McDonalds and Toby Carvery a minute up the road. Huge Tesco express across the road also. My room and the other areas I saw where all clean and tidy and it had a friendly feel about the place for a solo female traveller. I will definitely stay here again

I can honestly say what a pleasure to have dinner at the brewers fayre here at Widnes, I was going to be late to get here and I called the restaurant, the manger who came to the phone was like, don’t worry the kitchen’s closed but if you order something, we can sort for you when you get here, then I got there!!!! What a brilliant engaging and pleasant manager she was and this is Donna!! And a lovely team, great laugh and they didn’t have to help me but she did and what a pleasure it is to have met this person even if it’s just for one evening, you Donna are a fantastic leader and someone I would want any of my managers to aspire to be, I thank you so much and I really appreciate what you have done for me, Thank you

We have stayed here before and always had a warm welcome by the staff here, especially Dee. She is always helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and have comfy beds. We always come here, because we get a good welcome. The location is good for eating a good range of pubs and McDonald’s and bowling. Recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Widnes area. It’s in good proximaty to Cheshire oaks and Liverpool one, each is 20 mins in either direction.
