    "Lovely stay"
    Had a great stay here.stayed for 3 nights.was well looked after and lots to do around the hotel too.all staff were very friendly but DeeđŸ€© was so welcoming and always asked if we had had a good day.room was basic but comfortable and clean and was very thankful for the air con 👍
    "Ideal situation for Ice skating stadium"
    Staff at Hotel were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable although rest of hotel very tired. Carpets didn’t feel very clean and public areas could be refreshed. Was at a Hockey Camp at Ice Rink next door so was very handy for that event. Could benefit from some outdoor seating as we had to use seating outside Brewers Faye during event at rink.

    Hotel is clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and friendly and very helpful if you need anything. Also in a good location for entertainment and food. Our regular place to stay when visiting family. Recommended.

    Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard breakfast for Premier inn, staff was very accommodating.
    "Banding sound from the ceiling inside since 2:00am"
    Bad experience, we stayed 2 night in this hotel on level 3 Rm311, first night was fine but second night there was banging sound from the ceiling inside since 2 :00am, i tried to switch off the A/C, the banging sound still there, i spoke to the receptionist about that noise, he said they received few time of complaints about this noise from other customers before and he don’t have any spare room can change for us. I have a video to record this terrible experience but just only photo can be uploaded in this website. Very terrible
