"Bed comfy food service and availability poor"
On arrival we were told our room was not ready ( so we waited at reception for a bit) then staff decided would be to long a wait so offered us another room, we went up to room and room was prepared for one person not 3 so got moved room AGAIN. Room was comfortable but the heat in room throughout night was unbearable and thermostat in room was not working. Thyme restaurant I’d avoid for evening meal and breakfast. Evening meal service was slow, wrong order and on paying they had messed up bill. Breakfast they had very little options, example only fruit they had was apples, cooked foods was scarce and fruit juices needed topped up on asking server she was unbothered. Stayed here many times but never again.

We regularly stay at the Warrington Premier Inn, and the room is always clean, tidy, and comfortable. On our most recent visit, they managed to sort us out with a last-minute early check-in, which was an absolute life saver for us.
Lisa was very helpful and patient with my father, who has hearing problems and with getting us our early check in as we had a mishap online!

"Perfect location and a perfect nights sleep"
Perfectly positioned hotel for access to/from motorway with no noise whatsoever. Ultra comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food lovely and competetively priced. I'd advise to prepay for their food packages, well worth it. Plenty of parking bot accessible and otherwise.

"No 'Premier' in this Inn"
Slept here for 2 nights during house renovations. It is a little tired. TV did not work. Was given a different remote but no joy. Receptionist jokingly said 'if this doesn't work you will have to go to sleep'. Perhaps giving the customer the services they paid for would have been a better approach. Toilet paper holder was empty with a large pile of tissue dumped by the sink.
Bed was comfortable enough but WiFi was sporadic.
Ate in the Thyme restaurant on one occasion. Wanted Fish and Chips and sparkling water to drink. Advised 'No fish and no sparkling water!' The Nachos were a dissapointment. Not enough salsa or sour cream and the cheese was a tiny congealed puddle stuck to the dish. The smothered chicken was adequate.
This is somewhere to stay out of necessity only.
